Muhammad Iqbal Kodvavi has a rich experience of over 34 years in capital market, Iqbal Usman Kodvavi Securities (Pvt) Ltd was founded by Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Kodvavi in 1985. The brokerage house was converted from sole proprietorship to a corporate brokerage house in 2001.Under the leadership of Mr.Muhammad Iqbal Kodvavi the brokerage house has created a niche for itself in the financial market.

 

Mr. Muhammad Yameen

Compliance Officer

Muhammad Yameen holds a graduate degree in Commerce from Karachi University he has been a director of company since 2012. He has experience of over 15 years in capital market.

 

Mr. Waris Ali

Company Secretary

Mr. Waris Ali plays a crucial role in functioning of the IUKS. He is the key advisor to the Board of Directors on matters of corporate governance and their duties as a Director.

Mr. Zeeshan Mehmood Molvi is responsible for setting and implementing a financial strategy, developing financial policies and procedures as well as overseeing all financial activities of IUKS. He Joined IUKS back in 2001

Mr. Arif Abdul Razzak joined IUKS in 2001, and has been responible for day to day activitities of CDC, NCCPL and Settlement Operations

Mr. Adnan Musani involves in evaluating IUKS's internal controls, risk management, and financial processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. He conducts audits, analyze data, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements to enhance operations and strengthen internal controls
